Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, when applicable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the simplest option may be to return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
